IntraLaunch: A Web to Workstation Middleware for Corporate Web Interfaces
IntraLaunch is a web to workstation middleware developed by Particle Software. It is designed to provide complete access to local workstation resources through a corporate web interface. As corporate portals and intranets become larger and more complex, managing and maintaining the interface and required information for employees can be challenging. IntraLaunch aims to address this issue by integrating all necessary information, common documents, applications, and workstation resources into a single web-based interface.
With IntraLaunch, IT professionals can leverage their existing web infrastructure and Windows-based workstations to create next-generation intranets and web-based solutions. By installing a small connector on top of the Chrome extension, users can seamlessly access the functionality provided by their workstations.
Please note that IntraLaunch is currently only available for Google Chrome on Windows. The software is free to try and can be downloaded from the Particle Software website.
